Cashflow.ng provides business management tools, including but not limited to:

  • Digital invoicing and billing.

  • Expense tracking and reporting.

  • Payment collection integration.

  • Financial data organization.

2. Eligibility

By using Cashflow.ng, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are a legal resident of Nigeria or a legally registered business entity in Nigeria.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Unauthorized Use: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal activities (e.g., money laundering, financing terrorism).

  • Upload false or misleading financial data.

  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or "scrape" data from the platform.

  • Use the Service to distribute malware or spam.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription: Some features of Cashflow.ng are provided on a subscription basis. By choosing a paid plan, you agree to the stated fees.

  • Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • Changes: We reserve the right to change our fees upon 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All logos, software, designs, and text on Cashflow.ng are the property of the platform or its licensors.

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the data you upload (invoices, expenses). However, you grant us a license to host, store, and process this data to provide the Service to you.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your financial data; however, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

8. Financial Disclaimer

Cashflow.ng is a software tool, not a financial advisor.

  • The reports and insights generated are based solely on the data you provide.

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of your tax filings or financial compliance. We recommend consulting with a certified accountant for professional financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cashflow.ng and its employees (including its parent company and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
