One platform, from quote to books

The documents you send, the money you collect, the stock you hold — joined up.

Sell

Quotes, orders, invoices & receipts

Nine document types, each numbered automatically per business. Send a quotation, convert the accepted one to an invoice in one click, then to a receipt when it's paid. VAT and discounts are worked out for you and the total is spelled out in words.

Collect

Know exactly what you are owed

Record part and full payments — invoices move themselves through draft, sent, part paid and paid. Issue credit notes and retainer invoices and set them against outstanding balances. Put recurring invoices on a schedule and let them send themselves.

Stock

Inventory that keeps itself current

Turn on tracking for an item and the count goes down as you invoice, and back up if you edit or delete the document. Manual adjustments are kept with a reason, and a low-stock badge tells you when to reorder.

Know

A dashboard and reports that add up

Invoiced, received and outstanding at a glance, a six-month revenue trend, top customers and your quotation conversion rate. Filter every document by period, type, status or customer and export to CSV — all converted to your base currency.

Up and running in three steps

1

Add your business

Name, logo, bank details, VAT rate and base currency. Run several businesses from one login.

2

Create a document

Pick a type, add line items, apply discount and VAT. Numbering is automatic; stock updates itself.

3

Send & get paid

Email the PDF, record payments as they land, watch the dashboard and reports.

Loved by small businesses

"We used to type invoices in Word. Now a proforma invoice takes two minutes, stock stays right, and customers take us more seriously."
Chidi O. Auto dealership, Port Harcourt
"The quote-to-invoice flow is exactly how we work, recurring invoices handle our retainers, and I can finally see who still owes us."
Amaka N. Interior design studio, Lagos
"Invoicing clients in dollars and still seeing one Naira total on the dashboard is the thing that sold me."
Tunde A. IT services, Abuja

Frequently asked questions

Is Cashflow free? +

You can start for free. The Starter plan is free forever for one user and one business, with up to 100 invoices, proformas and quotes in total. Every new account also gets a 14-day trial of every feature — no card needed. Paid plans are priced in Naira; see the pricing page.

What can I do with it? +

Quotes, sales orders, proformas, invoices, receipts, credit and debit notes and delivery challans; payment links and reminders; expenses, bills and purchase orders; a full double-entry ledger with bank reconciliation, profit & loss and balance sheet; inventory across warehouses; a point of sale that works offline; your own online store; payroll with PAYE, pension and NHF; projects and time tracking; and NRS e-invoicing. Some modules depend on your plan.

Does it handle VAT and multiple currencies? +

Yes. Set your VAT rate once per business, and issue documents in Naira, USD, EUR, GBP, GHS, XOF or a currency you add. Reports convert everything to your base currency.

Does it track stock? +

Yes. Turn on tracking for an item and the count moves automatically with every invoice, receipt, POS sale and online order — across warehouses, with batch and expiry tracking and low-stock alerts.

Can my team use it? +

Yes. Invite people with a ready-made role — admin, sales manager, sales rep, accountant, cashier, store manager — or build your own roles that only see what they need. Every change is recorded in the audit trail.

Can I run more than one business? +

Yes — add businesses and switch between them from the sidebar. Each keeps its own books, numbering and settings, and data is kept separate per business.

Does it support Nigerian tax requirements? +

Yes. VAT on every document, TINs for you and your customers (verifiable against the NRS directory), NRS e-invoicing with IRN and a scannable QR code on the invoice, and payroll with PAYE, pension and NHF remittance schedules.

Is my data safe? +

Each business's data is kept separate, sensitive keys are stored encrypted, and you can turn on two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. You decide who on your team sees what.
